The Fifth Essence
For centuries, traditions have spoken of four elements — Earth, Water, Air and Fire — and a fifth essence, sometimes called
ether or quintessence, that moves through and connects them.
In my work, The Fifth Essence is relationship.
It is the living field through which we come into relationship with ourselves, one another,
the natural world, spirit, consciousness, and Life itself.
Within relationship, information is continually being exchanged. We affect and are affected.
We listen, respond, change, create, and discover.
The Fifth Essence invites us to become more aware of this living conversation and to participate
consciously in the relationships already shaping our lives.

Private Sessions
Just you and me. Partners, spouses and friends are welcome too.
Come with a question, something happening in your life, or simply a desire to explore more deeply. Each session unfolds according to what you bring and what emerges through our time together.
Group Sessions
Gather your friends, family, or a small group for an experience together — in person or online.
Group sessions can be created for a gathering in your home,
a celebration, or simply an evening with friends. Online, your group
can gather through Zoom or another platform,
with each person receiving their own short reading or message.

A Five-Week Journey for Bringing Change Into Fruition
The Five Archetypes is a five-week experiential cycle for bringing a change into fruition.
Each week we work with one archetype and one element—Alchemist/Fire, Seer/Air, Guide/Earth,
Mystik/Water and Weaver/Aether—moving something that is ready to change through
transformation, perception, grounding, integration and into relationship with Life.
Something in your life may already be asking to move.
It may be a creative possibility, a relationship, a way of living, an inner change, a decision, a calling, or something you cannot yet fully name.
Rather than beginning with a plan for how to make it happen, we begin by entering into relationship with what is emerging.
Alchemist · Fire — Transformation
Seer · Air — Perception
Guide · Earth — Grounding
Mystik · Water — Integration
Weaver · Aether — Relationship
Each archetype carries what is emerging into its next expression.
Entering the Field
Each week, we enter a shared field of listening.
Within that space, you are invited to quiet the effort of trying to figure everything out and begin listening for your own guidance—through sensation, imagery, intuition, emotion, memory, symbol, inner knowing, or whatever language is natural for you.
I am there to guide the experience, help you recognize what is emerging, ask questions when something wants to be explored more deeply, and support you as you move through each stage of the cycle.
The Five Archetypes provide the pathway.
Your own guidance reveals the way through it.
What Do We Mean by Fruition?
Fruition is more than making something happen.
It is the process through which something develops until it is able to bear fruit.
What you bring may require inner change, practical action, time, relationship, changing circumstances, or something you cannot yet anticipate. We aren’t deciding the outcome in advance. We are creating the conditions in which what is emerging can reveal its next movement.
That is why we move through all five archetypes.
We transform.
We perceive.
We ground.
We integrate.
We enter into relationship with Life.
And what comes into fruition may be different from what we first imagined.
Live Events
Invite me into your community, event, festival, retreat, or gathering.
Live experiences may include readings, mediumship, storytelling, guided journeys, or an experience
created especially for the people gathered and the occasion.
Storykeeper
Stories have always been one of the ways I listen to Life. Some arise through lived experience, others through dreams,
the natural world, spirit, and those moments that ask to be carried forward.

Protocol for A New Earth
Teachings from the Tree
Before Life Speaks had a name, the conversation had
already begun.
Published in 2017, Protocol for a New Earth grew from a series of experiences in which the natural world began communicating with me in ways I could no longer dismiss. The Tree became a teacher, and listening became a way of entering into relationship with Life itself.
Much of what I now call Life Speaks and The Fifth Essence can be traced back to those early conversations.
Living Manuscripts
Writings from an ongoing conversation with Life. Over the years, certain writings have arrived through contemplation, lived experience, spiritual inquiry, and my relationship with the living world. Some were written before Protocol for a New Earth — Teachings from the Tree was published in 2017. Others came afterward.
