Threshold Integration Sessions
These sessions are held for those whose lives have been changed by a near-death experience or a profound brush with the other side. We explore the echoes that event left in your body, psyche, and soul, and help you integrate the gifts, dissolve lingering fear, and find your new place in this life.
Whether it was an NDE, a moment of spiritual rupture, a medical crisis, or an energetic awakening that rewired your perception of reality—this is a space to honor the aftermath.
Often, these experiences leave us with more questions than answers:
- Why did I survive?
- What does this mean?
- How do I live now?
Through gentle, grounded presence, we focus on:
- Nervous system stabilization
- Spiritual and emotional coherence
- Meaning-making without agenda
- Integration of soul-level truths into embodied daily life
These are not sensationalized stories or open-ended process loops. They are sacred containers for living what you now carry.
Each session includes:
- Stabilize: breath and body-based calming techniques
- Organize: safely mapping the experience and identifying core moments
- Discern: gently exploring what feels true now, without pressure to explain
- Integrate: one embodied practice + a 7-day anchor (vow, symbol, or action)
You’ll leave with:
- More steadiness and nervous system safety
- Emotional and energetic grounding
- A clearer sense of what your experience revealed
- A tangible next step for integration
These sessions also weave in practices from my book: Protocol for a New Earth: Teachings from the Trees, including tree-based nervous system stabilization techniques. One foundational practice includes a 1Hz-per-second pulse at the perineum, designed to gently alter brain rhythms and re-anchor the body to Earth’s magnetic field. These protocols serve as natural coherence tools to support deep embodiment.
These are stand-alone or repeatable sessions. A series may be supportive depending on your process.
